Important Notice: By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This constitutes a legally binding agreement.

Payment Terms

Our payment structure ensures clarity, transparency, and smooth project execution:

  • 50% Advance Payment: The client must pay 50% advance before or at the time of signing this agreement.
  • 30% Mid-Project Payment: 30% payment is required upon completion of 50% of the mutually agreed work.
  • Final Payment Before Delivery: Full and final payment must be completed before final delivery of all services.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation within 2 Days: If the client cancels the agreement within 2 days of paying the advance, only 20% of the advance amount will be refunded.
  • After 2 Days: No refund will be issued as resources, planning, and time allocation begin immediately after the advance payment.

Delivery & Ownership Rights

  • Asset Release: All digital assets, credentials, and source files transferred only after full payment.
  • Retained Rights: ZenX Digital maintains ownership until final payment completion.

Dispute Resolution

  • Primary resolution through mutual negotiation within 30 days
  • Secondary resolution via arbitration under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
  • Jurisdiction: District Court, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh
